 I have lived through numerous inpatient hospitalizations, emergency room visits, and incarcerations. Now in my thirteenth year of recovery, I have created  a short, but effective manual to help with alcoholism, Substance Use Disorder, and mental health concerns.

This manual is the "Swiss Army Knife" of recovery education.​​​
